It's from an Australian TV program called A Current Affair... it's pure chequebook/sensationalist journalism at it's finest. But you're right, such journalism, hell, you can't even call it that without insulting every serious journalist. They're just making up stories for the population with sponges between their ears instead of brains. People that are happy when they don't have to think because it hurts their heads.
Unfortunately, humanity has proven to have far too many of those.
