I finished it early this morning my time. Let's see if I can get it posted on this new computer, since my laptop doesn't have internet capability. Its wifi burned out long ago.

Minor correction to report: According to me, it must be Syndicate were scaling back their military spending in page 19, 13th line from the bottom.
