The sea flows as long as Earth exist, Love is alive as long as people exist. I will read Fel's stories as long as my heart still beats.

Re: Two Years
since i've been a board member and that was several months after i started reading any of Fel's work. i've tried to answer questions either before some of the more frequent poster's have had a crack at them or add more information about a certain topic.
that being said i've started reading fel's work shortly after he started on axe of the dwarven king. and sometimes i tend to lose my place.
I've read the firestaff books atleast 5 times. whether it be me re-reading chapters at a time to figure out where i left off or re-reading the entirety.
later,

Edit: (looks at join date and number of posts) dear god am i behind.

And in the fury of this darkest hour
I will be your light
A lifetime for this destiny
For I am Winter born
And in this moment..I will not run
It is my place to stand
We few shall carry hope
Within our bloodied hands
(bloodied hands)
And in our Dying, we're more alive-than we have ever been
I've lived for these few seconds
For I am Winter born

True, I really have nothing better to do in my free time, I mean, what could be better than reading Fel's stories or being messed with by Spec? Thanks for the fun spec!

Looks at join date, remembering I only started reading just before the board migrated. Wow 3 1/2 years of addiction and no end in sight. I must admit I like hanging onto this one

This forum is just friendlier than others that I've been a part of...for the most part. We have our share of randomness and off-topicness... not that I'd have anything to do with that...Journeywoman wrote:Looks at join date, remembering I only started reading just before the board migrated. One of the biking forums that I used to belong to wasn't really anything but a hen-pecking festival. You couldn't really learn anything through the bickering. Though we have our arguments and share of people who think they are the greatest thing since the invention of the wheel, but for the most part it's a very supportive and friendly place.

I use Opera to read with because if I leave the story open I'm reading when the browser is closed it opens to the exact same location to the line. So I never lose my place and it reminds me what story I'm reading toodadrago wrote:<snip>

I've been reading this forum since oct 2005 but didn't join till last year. I just don't have a lot to say and my time is a premium. That being said I can't imagine how much free time some of you must have to post here so much...

Hey, I resemble that remark. Actually, it doesn't really take that much time to check the board, make a conversation go off topic, then slink back into cyberspace...Downdude wrote:I've been reading this forum since oct 2005 but didn't join till last year. Re: Two Years
quality instead of quantity
honestly, i have been lurking in these forums (well the old ones) since 2001, when i first found sennadar.com by accident. fel's work messed up my abitur (just couldn't study), some of my university exams, and gave me a great time at work. i have worked/lived in 4 different countries since i started reading fels work and hope he will continue writing for a long, long time!

Fiferguy just like to throw things offtopic so that he doesn't have to work on his own stories. He'd rather post here than add to his own works and let us get offtopic on his board.
