Okay, the disclaimers:
1: This chapter is 75 pages long.
2: I tried to cover all the pertinent material, but I'm sure I forgot something somewhere. It's 75 pages long, give me a break.
3: When you get to the end, then you'll understand this; NO!

HTML Version [s]coming soon[/s] now online (I installed Office 2007 at home, finally) -- and... THANK YOU FEL!
(Just shy of half a MB?! Dude, crazy long chapter!)
Edit: MS Word 2007 produces actually rather decent HTML, when saved as "HTML, Filtered" - they don't quote attributes correctly all the time, but otherwise - rather decent.
Edit 2: Fawks PM'ed me on his way out the door to say he'd posted MS Reader and Mobipocket files for the entire book,
over on his site.

The links don't work - 403 Forbidden errors.
[s]add "read" permissions for everyone, to all the files in that directory[/s]
Figured out it's not from the directory permissions - the site does not permit direct linking to their images.
