In ToS the Goddess is always telling Tarrin that she needs to go. That she has something to do and his talking to her is keeping her from it. Yet later in the series she has multiple aspects/avatars of herself talking to many leaders all over the place. So why does she tell Tarrin that she has things to do. Since she is a goddess doesn't she have the ability to talk to Tarrin as much as she wants?

Or is it just an excuse to not answer his questions?

I think it's more of the fact that when she talks to Tarrin, she does him the favor of giving him her complete and undivided attention. (Gives new meaning the undivided as well. LOL)

So if she has to do something else, she'd either have to split herself or leave completely. And with how quick Tarrin's mind is, you really don't want to have half your mind somewhere else. He might be able to get more facts that you realize if you do it.
