The BaenCD collection is now no longer hosted on plebian.net. It's not so much an issue with the bandwidth as just maintenance issues.
Your best bet is:

I take back what I said...
I've been in contact with Dahak - the fellow who runs
The Fifth Imperium.
As it turns out, I don't have more bandwidth than him.
By pure co-incidence, plebian.net is hosted with the same ISP and we both have the same plan as each other.
Due to the difference in our membership dates, Dahak has just a bit more bandwidth (overall) than I do (and always will - since the bandwidth allocations increase at the same rate).
[s]The 225GB limit is there as a bit of a buffer, since the limiting script only runs once a day (on both our sites).[/s]
Updated: We've both got nearly 2TB of bandwidth per month now, there's almost no chance in hell of all that getting used.
