Are there any special requirements to hosting a mirror/backup of Fel's material?

What actually happened was that George Dubya Bush saw an Iraqi maths teacher carrying a geometry set, accused him of being a member of the notorious Al-gebra movement, and charged him with possessing weapons of maths instruction.
My backup site (http://193.0.122.19:8010/sennadar/) is down until further notice: change of the network connection to DHCP (changing IP) + NAT (private IP class B) without port forwarding.

Oops, didn't see this post.
"Special Requirements", not particularly - some are hosting on their home broadband connections. A Static IP and/or a DynDNS type setup is a requirement Reasonable availability and bandwidth is a good thing to have too.

My backup site (http://193.0.122.19:8010/sennadar/) is up for the time being; if you see small image of shaeram here even after full page reload then my site is up and running.

It may be a while before I update the latest chapters... The site was built with M$ Frontpage. I'm now running Win7 64bit with 2010 Office 64bit. My problem with Frontpage is that M$ requires Frontpage to be removed before installing 2010 Office 64bit. I did have XP(32bit) and Frontpage installed on a laptop until somebody stole it and a Canon 30D digital SLR camera from my bedroom.
