Questions about Fey Noble Rankings

Im currently re-reading Subjugation and I noticed that there was no real listings of the ranks. There were a few, Duchess, Barons, etc that owned diffrent area's of property on earth but how is A house organised. LIke is the person on the Hourse thrown an Arch-duchess or something? from the highest to the lowest is there a list of the noble ranks. Thanks in advance Fel.

Assuming English translation of noble rank, I think it should fall something like this.
King / Queen
Duke / Duchess
Count / Countess
Baron / Baroness
Knight / ?
Squire / ?
Freeman
Peasant
Slave
Livestock
Earthling ;D
