About the Red Dragon....Spoiler

When Tarrin battles the red dragon on Sha'Kari, it uses Wizard magic against him. If Wizard spells fade from the mind after-on average-a few days, how did the dragon still remember them? Did he have a spellbook in the cave, or can dragons remember spells for longer periods or time, or maybe it was a result of his position as guardian of the Firestaff?

Can't see why it can't have a spell book. They have druid magic. It could create it - one exactly like the old one. Or it could have summoned it before the shield went up.

Sapphire had her spellbook, dragonsized, so it would be likely that the Red Dragon did as well.
