Test chapter: Black Magic, Chapter 1.

This is one of the test chapters I've written to explore a concept.

The premise of this story is simple: Twenty years ago, magically adept refugees from another world fled to Earth after their world is destroyed in a cataclysm. Saiusere Eilserr is a teenage exile from his magical people making his way in the human world because he's a Necromancer, someone that can use Black Magic, the magic of death. The story is about his struggles to learn more about his magic, why his people hate it so much, and find his place in the world when neither his people nor the humans want him in it.

I actually took this story to four chapters before I realized I wrote myself into a corner plotwise and had to scrap the entire thing. I did do some major edits to chapter one to try to avoid that plot hole, enough to consider it worth release.

Thanks Fel! this is another story that I would like to see more of. I like the protagonists independent and resourceful nature.
