I finally have a laptop with wifi. I can just upload chapters directly from here.
(Soon. I'm on track with the chapter and no longer rewriting the same pages over and over, and hope to have it done by the end of the week.)
It took me a while to tweak this new Word to make it comfortable for me, longer than I expected. It's just got so damn many features, I spent hours wading through the settings trying to make it look and feel just like my old version. It's not perfect, but I can get used to how I have it set up now.
What will take longer is the rather unusual keyboard layout for this laptop. Not only are the keys further apart from the old EEE, the delete, tab, and backspace keys are...weird. It's going to take me time to fully adjust to them, lol.
Anyway, back to writing.
