I always thought that when Jason made the new Academy, he could have excluded Urumi and Trillanes until they returned his people. I mean, Karinne or not, neutrality can only go so far, don't you think?

I also find it ironic that in later books, the Urumi end up being just about his closest non-human/non-Faey allies.

Well second closest, the Kimdori come first.
