Besides, the time off gave me time to more solidly plan out the next few chapters of Conviction.
Which Christmas? Am thinking it could be an Evil Fel update. Not mentioning which year.

Nah, that's Sluggy Freelance territory there. I could never tell a better holiday story than how Bun-Bun conquered all the holidays by killing their icons and gaining their powers.
He killed Santa.

Reminds me of Terry Pratchett's book "Hogfather", where an assassin who has been given a contract to kill the Hogfather (Santa) breaks into the tooth fairy's castle, takes all the teeth, and uses old magic to make the teeth owners not believe in Santa/Hogfather, causing him to start fading away.

Just when you thought it was safe to look at the calendar again.
Things were bad on Friday the 13th.

I know it still a bit early to ask for an update but an progress update would be welcome. I'm having a hard time waiting to see what happens next after the latest awesome chapter. I am trying to be patient.

Still half done. I had to use a week of vacation or lose it, and spent almost all of it doing work around the house.
