Secure Comunications (spoilers)

There is an idea for all the leaders to get a biogenic capable artificial form. Getting the Karrines to establish an entire communication network in their home system indicators. The thing is while the biogenic a are secure, it is possible that what ever system they use to communicate with the local biogenic comms could be hacked even if it is the grav bands. It seems the best way to ensure secure comms completely is for leaders to have the biogenic merge units on the indicators. So force themselves to travel to allow for sure secure conferences.
That race that can't have unrelated males near each other, so only able to send limited number of them physically to the school on earth. They could use a less secure version to allow more attend, not simply doing courses over the interstellar net.
Do we know how resistant this system is to radiation? It is possible users can travel to the kimdori home system, or even to the core systems.
