A way to solve the feral issue?

if shamans and alchemists can reproduce anything a spirit can do, Could they create a way to transfer/share a language? if they can use it on feral arcan they encounter, they can find the non feral ones as they would be the ones to be able to communicate. the truly feral ones would be unable to communicate, or just a very basic form.
So at worst true ferals will be unaffected, but this way there might be a way to interact. They wont become like the other arcans, but at least slightly easier to deal with. only a few like kyvern can deal with them fully, but this way they have a chance to interact with less friction.
