Detour to Otherwhen Chapter 12

Off to the wilds of Alberta and returning to the age of the glaciers (almost) once more
(the hero even works out a way to be able to guess roughly how close in this chapter.)

Now comes the warning -
I got a call from my doc today. I need some 'elective' surgery (Medical term for I hurt like 'H', but the surgeons say it's not major, so it's 'elective'.)
Anyway it's been booked for a while and it looks like my number might come up on the local surgery lottery, don't know what day, don't know what time, don't know how long it will take to recover. Nice huh?

So my next posting may be next week, next month or ????

Surgery is never fun, but I really hope and pray that it will make things better for you, and give you greater freedom (from pain and lack of mobility). Keep us posted!

Glad the surgery could be done so quickly! The wait is often the worst part. Certainly hope for a speedy and pain free recovery. Now if Fel could only release a couple more chapters your recovery would really fly by
