From that article the paper is making it out to be just about her body characteristics. Reading through it I see that the Lawyer concerned is asking is she a person qualified to sit at the lawyer's table or is she just there as a pretty distraction.
To resolve it is simple, show her qualifications as a paralegal. End of story. End of press beat up

Sounds like a reasonable tactic to me... especially if you knew your opposition had a predilection for large breasted women.
