When I clicked the bookmark for Sennadar Forum I just got a warning that I have to log in.
Has there been a change in policy?
Is this a temporary change?
Or did I mess something up on my side of the wire?

I got it too earlier today.
Normally on as a guest on this computer. Though I do actually login every so often

In my opinion it would not be very nice to force to register only to
read the posts, e.g. to find out where now can one find most recent books. Requiring registering and login for writing posts... that might be justified.

As an ordinary user I can agree with that.
It suits me - reading anonymous and logging in to post.
Thanks for changing the setting.
OTOH: being able to post without login might be useful for someone who cannot (for some reason, e.g. computer at work with restrictive settings) accept cookies.

I wonder whether change in policy/settings is responsible for the sudden rush of registered users...
