Oh, this is just too irrisistable.

Can you please please please make the Sheep a New Zealander? *snickers* *ahem*

Though, unfortunately, most people not from Aus/NZ won't be able to immediately tell the difference between the Australian or New Zealander accent.

Hey Fel! You only made one mistake. You started by posting a chapter a day. Now you need to keep it up.

Wonderful story. I don't see it getting as long as the Firestaff Chronicles, but it deserves to be more than a short story. :D

I have 2 reasons to root for the Pats:

1: My sister lives in Maine and that's her team.

2: Because I am a Redskins fan, I must wish unholy painful death on all other teams in the NFC East.

That is the way of things in the NFC East. You just don't root for your team, you hope the other teams die.

I can't help but laugh every time I hear someone say this.

Definition of 'root' in Australia is... different.

If one were rooting for their team, well... they'd be quite a popular person. (How it would help the team is left as an excercise for the reader.)

A similar situation occurs when an Aussie says (exhausted) "I feel like a shag on a rock" - Brits go "Why on a rock?! A bed is far more comfortable!"

So, after you've been enthusasticly rooting for your team all day, you might feel like a shag on a rock.

ya it was, Very very close all game.

And Belencheck (sp?) leaving the field before the last play, IMO was in bad taste/form

And speaking as a fellow NFC East fan, I was glad to see the NFC come out on top for once. Since my team wasn't even in the playoffs, I didn't hold a grudge against the Giants. Watched the game with a Cowboys fan though, and he wanted the Pats to win for just that reason.

Heh. Made for an interesting evening. An Eagles fan rooting for the Giants, and a Cowboys fan rooting for the Patriots.

Good game though. Not the blowout everyone expected.
