Actually, Fel does it quite often, so I didn't think it was either extremely memorable or particularly noteworthy.
I think some of his most memorable 'quotes and references' were used in the Sennadar Series though.
The thing I find fascinating about his references is the broadness of their scope - from Aristotle to Darth Vader (and beyond).
