No not POW. I remember that they grabbed the guy and took him to some mansion. They held him captive in an upstairs room and one of the women hated him for some reason.

Are you thinking of "The Golden Mule" by Silli Artie - because if you are that was removed from circulation long ago. Not only that, but ALL of his stories were removed from his page on ASSTR last year.

Are you thinking of "The Golden Mule" by Silli Artie - because if you are that was removed from circulation long ago. Not only that, but ALL of his stories were removed from his page on ASSTR last year.

Not quite. Artie removed his HTML pages (except the landing page), but all the stories are still there in Epub, PDF or text formats. Including The Golden Mule and The Golden Mule Returns.

Your right, I missed that, sorry about that. I also know it caused a bit of a squabble amongst his fans, but he had his reasons for doing it. I enjoyed his slightly warped sense of humour and I loved some of his stories - "Bodega" was a favourite.

young man save best friend sister from dad. best friend is accidentally killed by dad(hits head on fireplace or something like that). YM get older and save girl again and gets shot. Protects girl from kidnapping by father who left the country. More to the story but that's a start. I think it's on SOL but my searching did not find it.

I was re-reading the Kelly story by NightHawk found at http://www.asstr.org/files/Authors/MikeC/JAMES and I know that there is more to it than the 17 chapters available there, but for the life of me I can't remember where it might be and I'm ticked with myself that I didn't preserve a bookmark that I could point to the WyaBack machine to see if I can find the rest. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
