Questing game chap 23 question re: camara

As i was rereading the firestaff series for about the 10th (or more) time i noticed something. In chap 23 questing game camara tal says "By the Cloudspire, boy!" Camara Tal grunted irritably at Dar, putting a hand to her chest in a display of surprise, "would you stop doing that?" Why would camara use that as a exclamation? As far as i know she wouldn't know about the cloudspire would she?
