New User Registrations

In an attempt to combat the rising spam levels I've changed the posting setup for new users.

Newly registered users cannot create NEW topics, but they can reply to existing ones. These replies will go into a moderation queue waiting for approval before they get posted.
Newly registered users cannot use a forum signature either.

Once a moderator has checked that the post is spam-free, it'll be allowed - and regular posting rights will be granted.
We'll see how well this goes.

Thanks for reporting btw.

No need to email me too, fwiw - had a bunch of people email/message me each time over the last month, and by the time I get to it, one of the other mods has gone and fixed it.
The exclamation marks for the reports show up pretty visibly for the mods, and in the mod control panel. :)

User registrations are disabled, once again while I fight some spam.

Also, anyone subscribed to email notifications for the forum won't be recieving them. Outbound email is disabled.
