Perhaps one of the best series , I have ever read . Daughter of the Empire , by Rayond Fiest and Janny wurts. Rate it up there with Game of Thrones. Yep , it's that good. Seriously.
Strong characters , excellent world building, amazing writing and it's a pager turner . You will not be able to put down .The main character is both dynamic and endearing . Aanymore would be a spoiler  Don't trust me , Google the reviews and see for yourself

Book 6 is out in the Spiral Wars. It's well crafted good thought provoking SiFi.

If you have kindle unlimited or even if not, it's worth looking at.

I have just started the Emerilia series by Michael Chatfield and am enjoying it. The beginning of book 1 is little slow but needed because the concept of the series needs the background: Our Earth is a game simulation and the "game" world of Emerilia is the actual reality.

 Yes indeed, the author does! You recommended your short story "Banner in NYC" to me a while back, which can be found here: www.vanstry.net
Thanks again, mate, for an awesome read. Wish you would write more fanfic in Lisanne Normans Universe. Any hope of that?

Probably not. The first one I wrote was for possible inclusion in an anthology, but the publisher nixed it. The second was just for fun (and practice). These days most of what I write is for my readers, so I haven't been doing anything in the way of fan fiction anymore.

Currently without something to read while waiting on various books to come out. Looking for a good were/shape shifter (not the harlequin style that apparently dominates that genre on Kindle) or an antromorphic slice of life similar to Kit. Rating doesn’t really matter

The only one I can think of off the top of my head that does Were/Vamp style non Romance stories right now on Kindle is Michael Anderle and other authors in his Kurtherian Gambit Universe (Think pulp style Destroyer/Mack Bolan type of stories, especially for the foundation series). https://www.amazon.com/Michael-Anderle- ... xt&sr=1-23
