Fel wrote: UPDATE UPDATE: 174 downloads was faster than I expected, they must have all been tiny. Laptop is up and running, and I'm back to 75% operational capacity. I might actually start writing tomorrow, sadly I have too much to today.

But after I finish my chores, I HAVE A NICE TV TO WATCH AND NOT THAT 27" TUBE TV! Imma faint.

*fwump.

See what you did Fawks!? You encouraged the Fel to explore the possibilities outside the scope of our very regimented writing muse inspiring environment. Now you've gone and helped the Fel get all twitterpated, and ultimately pass out!

But really, I'm glad you're able to smile and joke again Fel. Glad things are looking up.

Fel, Is it done yet? Probably not, but I don't have anything better to do! Is it done yet? Probably not, but I don't have anything better to do! Ahhh, its done... dang, now what am I going to read???
New books! Yay! let the nagging begin! Is it done yet? Probably not, but I don't have anything better to do! Is it done yet? Probably not, but I don't have anything better to do!...

True, I really have nothing better to do in my free time, I mean, what could be better than reading Fel's stories or being messed with by Spec? Thanks for the fun spec!

Usually I'm not a big TV watcher, but I could watch the Home Shopping Network or the Test Pattern Channel on THIS TV.

Again...wow.

I remember how traumatic of an experience having a lot of things stolen was, especially to lose my laptop. I am very glad to hear you are recovering from this and things are going towards normal. Enjoy that 120hz tv!! At least something good came out of it ;)

You really ought to look into a Patreon account. I'm fairly certain those of us around here would be willing.

Ah, no, that sounds quite traumatic in and of itself. Not that i believe other channels to be much better. After all, the intend of free TV is to sell whatever they advertise and thus the target audience is the small part of the audience who actually routinely follows those ... uhm.. hints.

I don't have any TV at home at all. Internet is much more interesting than watching some random people walking around a small uninhabited island. Or read some books, starting with the work right here. :-)

This made me laugh! Glad to hear your getting back on your feet.

To parrot other tech savvy readers... don't save anything local, other than your porn :P Keep all your works even those in progress on a free network drive, goggle drive, microsoft one drive, evernote, box, dropbox, to name a few.

Oh and after the security system, go down to the pound and find something with big teeth who needs a good home, would be happy to sleep when your not around and willing to sink its teeth into anyone it doesn't like! :D

Best Wishes.

Any news on the stolen property being returned by the police? Do you know if it was the cousin and her husband? Hope all is well.

Im really sorry to hear about your hassles.
If friends like Tarrin or Jasana could drop by, this would be a good time - I guess they would uncover the fate of your PC and other items rather quickly.
Best wishes - and happy Easter

Fel,
I am a little late hearing about this, but I am happy to see while the event itself is devastating the power of good and honest folks have help blunt the trauma. One a side note this is why i have camera installed around my house and the video storage is hidden :) I do not trust security systems myself, but that's my own opinion where a camera will ask them to say CHEESE :)

HAPPY Things are on the mend for you sir

Hmm... If this goes on someone needs to invent a prepaid meter that gets recharged by posting chapters. ;)

 You Fool! What have you done! Nooooooo! It's like I can see our beautiful updates melting away like snow before the rays of the sun... Only the sun is multiple video games. Ok, so maybe not the best analogy.
