Update...

Post by Fel »

Yeah, I'm still here.

Unfortunately, to be totally honest about it, I've hit a serious case of writer's block. I'm basically stuck at page 12 of trib9.

What I have been doing is dicking around with other story concepts and doing work on a couple of other projects. My problem is with trib, not with writing in general.

However, I'll try to buckle down and get something done and have SOMETHING to release soon. It may not be trib, but it'll be something.
Just another guy from the shallow end of the gene pool.

Well best of luck to you trying to overcome your block on Trib. but don't rush it. I'd rather have your normal high quality writing then something you thought you had to rush. And what might these other projects be I wonder quietly to myself?

Take your time Fel.

Writer's block... bah, you just need a change of subject at times. I have lots of it at work. :)

More important is to be happy and have fun in what you do. Good luck mate.

take your time, Fel, maybe writing a chapter of kit or shadow walker will help.

Hey, it's cool. Writing is somewhat like cooking, sometimes you have to let it simmer awhile or it doesn't taste right. And if it doesn't taste right, then what's the point? Right?
Anyway, I very much enjoy reading whatever you come up with in your various stories. Looking forward to whatever is next!

Step back from it bro. No need to bang your head against the wall over it. Do a one shot, or maybe a chapter of kit or something. Let a plot bunny or 2 lose and see what you can come up with. Though if i got the chance i would tell you to do a chapter of with our good friend fox the wanderer as im still waiting for more of that one hehe.

other projects as something new or as the stories we know? Do share with us :o

I add my vote to the "don't rush it" voice.

A change of pace, eh? To unblock the muse ...

Here's one I'd love to see: Second Chances

Allison's story, as published in Lone Star. I think that would be a fascinating read, and an outstanding side story for Kit.

As a stand-alone, it will be a significant change of pace and venue, and that story is one I'm sure many of your readers would love to read. Allison is a fascinating character.

Wow damn fine idea there Nicolai. If it ever does get written, that certainly would be a great short story in the Kitstrom Universe.
