Been thinking about the way yana and the marines became pregnant so quickly. You think Jason is unconsciously using his telekinesis to assist pregnancy? :D

No, I'm serious you remember in the Anne McAffrey 'Talent' series there was something called micro-kinesis that worked on a cellular level. :D

Cute. But telekinesis, so far, the way Jason has describe, needs to be something he has seen and understand, then use the power of thought to picture how it will be move.

Unconcious thinking is not suppose to work. Else Jason's world will turn upside down. If he unconciously thought, Kumi naked, Kumi's clothes will all fall off!! No.. i don't think it work that way.

But what a thought.

AMPWS
I see Cybi as having only one motive at this time ....and it's not continuing the Generations program

It's the Survival of the Karinnes Generations as a Viable Species.

The General Gene pool of the Karinnes is Very Very Small.

So small that even the Non Generation Karinne Blood line could be lost in just a generation or so. baring what was already writen about a natural or unnatural disaster befalling them. Widing the Gene pool helps to keep the Future karrines from having 2 heads or humped backs or the like.

Remember the Faey are very big on blood lines and clans as well.

That Jyslin can see it even though she was a commoner isn't strange at all She was rasied that way.
All Faey grow up with the Idea they need to enhance and protect their blood lines even if it is only to better their Clan or House.

The Old Karinne Generation Program just did it exclusivity of anything else.

The Karinnes focused on the Tree and forgot the forest still existed with all of it's dangers too

In Anne McCaffrey's series it started out as unconscious talent (was it Ruth?) and the young African lady also exhibited such talent from a young age. She didn't know why she could see beyond the cellular construction so she just did what came naturally to her.

So back to the tale, a number of authors have suggested that micro telekinesis is possible. Recently bjohn has been writing about people using that skill in the Sorcerer and its companion series, Best Girl. Knowing that Jason is an exceptional telepath, with skills and abilities stronger and also different to the average Faey, then suggesting that he is somehow 'encouraging' their pregnancy, isn't all that far out.
