How did the Faey Know Humans Weren't Telepathic ?

Post by Phantom »

I was Wondering for a while now
How the Faey knew before coming to Earth that Humans weren't  telepathic ?

Other Races have at least some telepaths..
and they use them to negate the Faey's Biggest advantage they have over other races Telepathy.
Wouldn't the Faey need to know if Humans had it too before they invaded ?

I think it was the Kimdori who got this info for them.

The Kimdori have Visited Earth before.

But Why ?

The Faey didn't just fly in on a whim.

They conducted a thorough survey of Earth before they invaded, assessing its military capability, environment, and yes, they checked very carefully to see if any of the human population had telepathic ability.

And yes, Kimdori were involved.  ;)

The initial probes were conducted by Kimdori in human form, followed up by Faey in disguise.  These were Imperial agents, not House agents.

After the initial investigation, Empress Dahnai awarded Earth to Trillane, who sent their own team of infiltrators to evaluate the planet.  After that was done, they sent in the warships.

So it was noble house who send warships and "joined" Earth to Faey Empire, not Empire Fleer? Strange... Were there at least Empire bailiff present when [s]signing[/s] treaty being signed?

So your saying the Kimdori didn't tell the Empress everything they knew about Humans and possiable Telepaths ?  ???
Or did the Imperial agents doing the Intel Hide thing's from House Trillane ?

The Plot thickens

Hmmm.. The Kimdori not telling everything they knew. Well they are a "Race of Secrets" that have a vested interest in what is about to happen between the Faey Imperium and the people of Earth. Who knows, besides the Kimdori, ( and Fel ;) ) what other information that might have been left out of their findings about the Human race.
What you don't know, wont hurt you. But what you search for, might GET you.
