It's like 3am right now and I'm doing the final editing.  I'll get on tomorrow morning/afternoon and do the final check, then get on IRC and send it out.

Too late, I already deleted it. And I do my ref files in Notepad, just flat unformatted txt docs, that i keep up in another window when I write.  Just an old habit, I guess.  I'm a creature of habit. Though I think that'll change, cause at least Word DOES do emergency backups.  Had I kept my ref fil...

It should be pretty apparent by now that the Firestaff has its own sentience, and it also has the power to move itself when it deems it necessary.  It extricated itself from the elsewhere to avoid being taken off Sennadar, and it could have easily removed itself from the elsewhere had Tarrin destroy...

I didn't LOSE the file.  It's still there.

It's just filled with garbage, not my reference text.

While saving my reference file for Subjugation, I lost power, and it killed my ref file. This won't delay the chapter, which I hope to have out sometime next week, but it DOES mean that I no longer have a quick reference for certain facts, names, etc., and I'm not about to go digging through 10 chap...
