Re: I don't do this often...

Still saying that CalvinBall is the clear winner for excitement since the rules are always in flux. And use whichever ball/implement or whatever your imagination comes up with. Hey kick the can was fun when we were kids.

Re: I don't do this often...

I am old. Born in 1970 and with the way my body is breaking down I feel much older than the way my mind feels. So mentally I am probably 13 and physically in my 60s.

And I still say baseball and golf are boring.

Re: I don't do this often...

I reject your belief in baseball and replac it with the superior game with better ball movement and outstanding rules: Calvinball http://calvinandhobbes.wikia.com/wiki/Calvinball Definitely more fun and less likely to be ruined by managers, owners, or league/corporate interests. BTW who really watch...

Re: Update.

I'm taking a minor detour. Hopefully, by Christmas, I'll have finished a short story from the Sennadar Universe...just not on Sennadar. It's about one of Tarrin Kael's missions out in the multiverse for HIM...but you will see some old faces. Not every problem can be solved with brute force, after a...

Re: Conviction Ch 1 [Spoilers]

And we agree, Jerry Jones IS a cancer and a blight on Texas and the NFL in general. So I have to know how it happened in the Subjugation universe? Did Jerry Jones get hit with a stray MPAC round? Did he leer too hard at one of the Faey marines? Or did his ego get released in some strange Faey exper...

Re: Conviction Ch 1 [Spoilers]

Yay! San Antonio Finally gets a NFL football team. It only takes earth being invaded, the galaxy being invaded and the works of Fel for that fiction to become real! Now to find out if Jerry Jones ruined the Cowboys even more in Conviction's "history" than he has in real life. J-Man5 p.s. ...

Re: Conviction, the next book.

This universe keeps using hyper-space or a dimension above normal space. I wonder how much the Karrines researched into sub-space or the levels below our normal dimension. It seems to me that someone able to tweek some of the cosmic constants of sub-space could radically alter the gravitational char...

Re: Conviction, the next book.

I keep wondering if Jason and team will be able to predict which solar/star systems the Consortium and Syndicate fleets will enter the Milky Way in. And if so if there is a method to trigger 1) a pulse to disable hyperspace and FTL in that region for a short period of time and the 2) trigger a super...

Fel,

Any chance to return to your group of Austin based furries? That was a fun bunch of folks.

I might have been wearing a straight jacket but I think you were thinking of someone else in a closet. I'm more like the Grue who lurks in the dark places of the interwebs.

Welcome back. There's been some discussions here where you have been sorely missed What was missed? My wisdom? My wit? My general snarkiness? *snort* MD All three, plus there were several instances where spoon therapy should have been applied but you weren't there to apply it. I'd check the closet ...

Re: Serious update.

Wiring that services a house is usually to large to pull with string. I'm betting it's probably only 6-10 feet of conduit. The expensive part is the Electric company coming and doing the disconnect/reconnect and requiring a "licensed" electrician to do the work and possibly pull permits. I...
