Does anyone remember....
The first time Jason jumps in subspace using Kerine ship doesn't he seem to recognize a being existing in subspace? This was never persude as far as I know other then to evintually explain that Kerines have a vast understanding of subspace.

Fel, all we can ask is that you do your best. Going to Japan sounds fun, although I don't really have any desire. But you are something of a motivator in that I have decided to return to school after 20+ years. Although I am only going for a two year degree in Computer Networking. I certainly haven'...

Re: Harry Potter ***possible spoilers within***
The thing with the elderwand actually made more since then the changes she made in how underage magic was detected. The total change made the whole story seem like fan fiction rather then the authoritive book. Albus lost his wand (the elderwand) to Draco, thus he was the new owner of it. The next ti...

Lost and Found - Games
We have an area to discuss lost books/stories, but I'm looking for a very old game that originally came out in Windows 3.1. The game involved moving blocks around till you could free the colored block and place it into it's marked hole. It was a puzzle type game. I think it still worked under Win 95...

Re: Subjugation Drawings
I found this picture of what I presume is an halloween costume. It's very close to what I envision the gastalt is made of. It's certainly not the same design but the material and size are very close. They should be very unabtrusive and close to the face so as not to interfer in normal activities inc...

ANTIcarrot You obviously have not read the first couple chapters of the book. Fell does clearly discribe life from the human/nontlepath point of view because Jason at the time was just that. He discribes what happens in one sentence where one college student tried to rebel, at least Jason thinks the...

The Project is the Biogenics program, a dual objective program with two branches. The first branch of the program created me. It is biogenic computer technology, utilizing organic crystals that can simulate Faey telepathy. This indicates that there is a biogenic aspect to the computer itself, not j...

Re: The Imperium's In Trouble - Can Jason save it?
Jason has the Kemdori, moon base and the replicaters. How many automated warships can he build a month? And noone would know until they appeared in their sky. He could shut down the empire with 120. Drop ten over every highborn House head planet and see how quickly they surrender.

I think you're confusing communism and monarchy. They are not the same. Communism is not where the elite have greater access. Although human nature within communism does create a system like that. Communism is where everyone is suppose to do all they can and get what they need in return. A monarch i...

What's really sad is that most of you seem to be young enough to be my kids if I had any . At 43, I'm the same age as my grandfather was when he got married. Then he proceeded to have nine kids . He was 64 when my dad was born.... :? I don't think I want to try to start a family now. Bei...

Mars can never sustain life in enough quantity to make farming viable. However Venus is quite capable. It's almost exactly the same size and mass as Earth and has all the necessary elements. The main problem with Venus is the sulferic acid in the air. And it's over 900F. Currently scientist are spec...

South Central Iowa. So far out in the country it's not even worth knowing which city. If the bad guys want to shoot at us, I'll still be around because the only thing to shoot at is cows and corn. I guess soybeans and a few big pig farms.
