I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before or if its from my conversations with Fel but the book is based in a multiverse , the gods only have control of the multiple realms in their universe (this would also include all of the moons, planets, etc within the universe), gateways are links between...

oh! sorry about that, I accidentally chmod -R 700 my directory.  well not accidentally but I forgot about the chapters hosted there, all fixed now, you should be able to get it fine.
