Re: Lost & Found
I was reading a chinese/japanese/korean LN, and I lost the page where I was reading it with a computer crash. I can't remember the name though, so I'm hoping maybe someone here will know. It's somewhat similar to Ark - poor guy starts playing fantasy mmorpg. He messes up in the start of the game mak...

Re: THE Ohio State University!
Having played both at highschool level, I have to say I much prefer rugby. Not only because it's a less rigid/structured game (among other things due to fewer/shorter stops creating a more continuous, fluid game) and all the players have a much more "active" involvement (in the sense that ...

Re: the economics of charity
if it's just to create simple little tools etc., a lil' program I've found that's great is AutoHotkey (autohotkey.com iirc). No compiling necessary (but it's possible if you want to make the program(s) standalone), great help/manual, great community (and very n00b friendly), and simple to start with...

Congrats on the extra cash  On the HDD side of things, I'm not a big Seagate fan - had my issues, but then again, this can go either way depending who you ask. I'd opt for a small-ish SSD (128GB) + 2/3TB HDD - heard very good things of the WD Green line - cheap, low energy and pretty quiet (an...

It's down... Any chance of an alternate link? ;) The alternate is still there and it works for me: http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/1097014/gryphan.rar Just download it and save it to file, then open "A Time of Heroes" at your convenience! (Otherwise you have to e-mail cs long (the author) and ...

Looking for a complete copy of http://web.archive.org/web/20080117150146/http://www.geocities.com/gryffonseyrie/. Found it mentioned in the first "Links to Good Reading" thread, read the first chapter, and it sounds good but a lot of others are missing. Thanks! Roznam these reminded me so...
