Re: I dont know, but things like this kinda make me sad.
But the problem with wikipedia is you never know if it's true or not. It has no quality control at all.

Re: Ok call me stupid.. (will try and keep politics out) Pon
Yeah, it's a ponzi scheme. If anyone else in the USA did what the government did with the money, they'd be in jail right now. The only way the people getting money now can get it, is if more people pay in money more money. Once the money runs out, the plan collapses. As there are more and more peopl...

Re: Good Books (Scifi)
Try searching Smashwords, they sell indie ebooks and there are some good ones on there for good prices. Same for Amazon Kindle books (you can download a reader for free) and Barnes and Nobles Nook. Course you will have to sort through some chaff to find the good ones, but pretty much all of these pl...

Just a few comments
I enjoyed the story quite a bit, as I'm from NY myself and have separated from my own family several decades ago (though not for any reasons as extreme as kits - we're on good terms, we just don't get along) there were some parts of the story that definitely had some strong echo's for me. I came fro...

When ever I make a comment to any author, I do not expect them to change anything. That is solely up to them.

Re: Kit, chapter 27.
Umm, he has pretty much copied the names (and even the behavior) of a lot of public people into the story. Maybe that's why I got sucked into it? Because it seems like our world on so many levels. Also, without constructive criticism, how will he continue to grow and improve as a writer? I think Fel...

Re: Kit, chapter 27.
As a pilot, and someone who has flown jets I found parts of this Chapter a bit... well let's just say I skimmed certain parts. I can understand that you're not a pilot and don't understand how the licensing scheme and endorsements work, or certain other things. But a few odds and ends I thought I wo...

Re: Wondering why these haven't been published? It should be!
I would suspect Bean would publish them. But lets be honest, for the quality of this, which is high, I don't think that it would hurt sales that much as long as it was pulled off the web. I know I'd -still- pick up a set of the books, just to have them in my library. He's a great writer, he should b...

Re: Who would you pick?
Kimmie. I dated a Jesmind like gal, and in our society they kind of frown on you getting physical like that. (And no, I never hit her, though man did I want to! That's why I dumped her). Now if I could beat the snot out of her without worrying about hurting her or going to jail, I might change my vo...

Wondering why these haven't been published? It should be!
Okay I just read the first series, all five books, and I have to say I was extremely impressed. Yes there were some minor continuity errors, and some spelling, etc. Nothing that a good editor couldn't clean up in a few weeks easily. The story and the writing itself however are extremely good. I real...
