I know I'm late chiming in on this topic but does anyone else see the resemblance between Fel's reluctance to using money (royalty payments) received, not on his request but as a nice side effect of something he has created, and Jason's reluctance in Subjugation to use the royalty payments received ...

I felt like reading some old stories and decided to read some Subjugation, but the www.sennadar site is down and that is where all the backups for the stories (at least the last I had heard) were located. Now granted I probably have a copy of all of Fel's stories saved somewhere but I can't find em....
