Re: A book Fel could write if he has some time on his hands ....

And it can be argued that Christianity isn't the dominant faith. We have a pretty large Pantheon of Gods in existence (Hindu alone has thousands). I like the idea of 'technomagic' though.

How did eveyone find out about the Firestaff series?

I was just thinking back to how I stumbled across this website. I wasn't even looking for something to read. I was trying my dangdest to figure out the other name for a Marilith and typed that into the google tool bar. Of course dozens of D&D stats and pictures came up and one small blurb in wha...

Re: Tarrin as a child. - Probable Spoilers

I'm assuming born one. Spyder is an entropic being too, and she wasn't bitten. Remember, the commonality they have is that they're both sui'kin.

Re: New sketches...

I actually toyed with the hair going different directions and I just didn't feel that it looked right flowing down, especially on the legs. The hair does flow down, on cats, but they flow out (perpendicular to the arm) on people. I'll toy with it some more though.

New sketches...

Sorry for the late post. I've been sidetracked with the holidays. Anyway, I managed to spend a little more time than 15 minutes on this sketch. Still no reference, and not final, but getting closer. It's more of a study on the general concept of werecat physique and fetlocks. Fel, let me know if I'm...

Re: Two continuity issues. (Spoilers)

1) All the Dwarves on Sennadar ARE dead. The particular god in questions was a SHARED god between the Dwarves and the Gnomes. Gnomes are still alive on Sennadar (barely), therefore that god still has power to support the spell. 2) I'm not sure where but it was stated that Tarrin is pretty much out o...

Re: My kingdom for a graphic artist.

So the fur goes from the foot to the knee? Hmm... I got it backwards then. I thought it went from the naval to the knee... Actually, Tarrin's arm does have fur on it. I just didn't shade it in, so it looks bare. I'll take the info into account for the next pass. Again, it probably won't be un...

Re: My kingdom for a graphic artist.

Ok, managed to do a few sketches today while watching football (so naturally it took me the better part of the day to finish what would normally be a 20 minute sketch :P ) This is basically just to get the nitpicking process going (no reference used) so it's nowhere near perfect. Am I going in the r...

Re: My kingdom for a graphic artist.

Update, sorta... Well, my genious self decided to leave my drawing pencils at work so I'll have to pick them up tomorrow before I can really get into it (and I was in such a mood to draw tonight...). At any rate, I came up with a mock up of the weavespinner sharem that I wanted to send you to verify...

Re: My kingdom for a graphic artist.

That clears up A LOT. One question though, does he look more like a human with a cat's head or a thunder cat? In other words, is his face more feline or humanoid? From the description I'm getting it seems more of the latter. Also, are there any particular actors you've molded him after? I remember s...

Re: My kingdom for a graphic artist.

I'm a proffesional artist (computer mostly), though I'm not sure what format you need exactly. I'd need a very detailed description. I've read stuff here but am unsure of a few things. Would you like a sketch or a 3d model? (yes, I can do this though it will take me considerably longer) Unfortunatel...
