Re: Subjugation, Chapter 20 Spoilers
First, I am not sure how big an CBIM is actually. It probably is to large to fit it on something as small as a cruiser or destroyer. Second, in a chapter earlier Fel stated, that automated ships/jets can't compete with trained personal, since they lack the "feel" and "intuition"....

Re: Faey Marriage, Sex and Kids
If Jason is going to live about 300 years because of his genetics, his ancestors should have done the same. It's strange that Jason has never heard before, that a few persons in his family entertain a very long life. We know his father and mother died early due to illness or accidents but I won't be...

Re: The Imperium's In Trouble - Can Jason save it?
We know about the white rose and that the male has no say in it, but how about the law. Jason is already official married, so either polygamy is legitimate or the empress can force Jason to be divorced from Jyslin. And if both of that isn't possible by the law, is the empress allowed to send the ros...

Re: House fighting
Jason will have to structure something like a two pronged attack. First, there is earth and his idea of a mostly democratic structure with him as a figure head and with only some (hopefully) power. Building up the UN as legislature head and the old countries as federal states makes sense since those...

Re: The Imperium's In Trouble - Can Jason save it?
Heat is kinetic energy on molecular level. We know, that standart shields are deflecting kinetic energy. An idea could be, to install shields on the inside of the armor, which stops the heating of the inner compartments. Without a way to 'bleed' into the ship, the heat will spread over the hull slow...

Re: Other races capable of interbreeding? (Big Spoilers!)
I don't think they really need outside interferance. Their telepathy is the outside interference. They meet a species, and then they rob their minds of any information they need. Take a bit from this species, take a bit from that species, and you start making leaps and bounds in technological progr...

Re: Other races capable of interbreeding? (Big Spoilers!)
In reality, the probability that a completely independent species developed the ability to interbreed with humans is close to nil. Even our most direct ancestors the oranguta apes are genetically over 99% compatible with humans but aren't able to breed. The idea, that environments who are similar wi...

Re: Humans and telepathy ...
I was thinking last night, If 1% of Humans have Kids with Faey, After around 7 generations all Humans will be telepathic. (Using fel's Premise that the Faey DNA where Telepathic ability resides there is no Human DNA at that same spot, so the Faey DNA would always go to the Children..) If only .1% O...

Re: Humans and telepathy ...
uhm ... I did't mean to make some kind of airborn retro virus that implemented telepathy into humans. I won't even believe that something like that is possible even with faey or Karinne equipment. What I was thinking about was some kind of treatment, which could be given humans. Surely each human de...

Humans and telepathy ...
We already know, that humans have absolutly no inherent telepathic ability. The Karinne used a genetic therapy to evolve their own telepathic abilities with the help of Kimdori DNA to be able to commute with their biogenic computers. I can see, that the changing of the telepathic DNA caused alot of ...

Re: Faey Marriage, Sex and Kids
Ha ha ... draconian tan lines on humans must be terrible. Imagine to have a blue head, arms and most of the rest is human skin color.
That's a terrible mismatch. *shiver*

Re: Hey Fel, what were the Orders
I was going to open a new posting about question unanswered so far, but this post is as good as any. So, Fel is going to close up subjugation. There are still questions out there, which haven't been answered. I would like to collect these questions and maybe Fel gets to answer them in the last chapt...

Re: Third Civil War
That somehow reminds me of the nobility of england. Those nobles waging their selfimportance on their placement in the throne succession. There are nobles who are proud to be no. 112th as heirs or so.
I can understand why Jason has problems with them.

Re: Third Civil War
Fel one point that I hope you can clarify for me. Myleena who is from House Merrane and therefore I assume blood related to the Empress has now become part of House Karinne. Would this not give House Karinne greater standing within the order of houses? Forgive me if I have it wrong as I haven't gon...

Re: Subjugation, chapter 19 - SPOILERS
There is one thing, that Jason gave a way for sure. Trillane has seen him hyperjumping from Terra and entering Draconian space seconds later instead of days. So, they all now know that he got jump engines who aren't suffering from relativity delay. Not sure how good the scannings of the hull and the...
