Re: Good Books (Scifi)
Another series of books, if they were not named be4, starwars extended universe or expanded, not suro how it goes, but they are quite interesting, it stars on a novel with the a name like "courting of princess leia" You can find a book list of the current EU by looking at a copy of the St...

I use Open office to convert the word doc's into PDF format, from PDF format I can then convert it into ebook format using Calibre. Calibre can go direct from Word document but I prefer doing it from PDF. it just converts nicer for me.

Re: Inception 13 [Spoilers]
My take on the Oye Tree is that it is only capable of "Living" on a mostly conflict free and morally centered planet. Like Karis and their home world. There is a reason that they wont grow anyplace else. Karis is the only planet besides their original that they will grow on. Karis is a mor...

Re: Inception 13 [Spoilers]
Honestly, this last chapter just answered for me what the Parri actually are. They are the seeds of the oye trees. Or the larval stage, however you want to put it. Interesting in terms that the trees lives aren't propagated by the final form of the lifeform, but the second stage. Likely only Shaman...

hopefully it hasn't done anything more than trash the timing on the engine. Last time I had a timing belt come off I smashed 6 of 16 valves, cracked the head and twisted the crankshaft. At that point is was more economical to just buy a different vehicle

If you're looking to delve into Graphical online gaming I would reccomend Rift It orignally launched as a Subscription model but has since moved to a Free to Play with a cash store. The game is entirely playable without spending any money on it. The cash shop only holds Quality of life products, som...

MS Office XP should still work. I use Office XP Pro because I HATE HATE HATE HATE that "Ribbon" crap they put in the newer versions. I've had it installed on Win Vista, 7 and 8 without a hitch. I also use OpenOffice for some of it's features. Specifically I use it to convert your word doc ...

Re: Inception, chapter 10 [Spoilers]
It should certainly be possible, but.... One of the reasons the Faey are so dominant is that their military is almost universally telepathic and are able to mentally dominate their enemies. Taking jacked riggers/pilots out of the cockpit and putting them in remotes makes sense from a personnel survi...

The type and amount of data that Cybi is storing can only be held within another CBIM. Some of the data she has even Jason is unaware of and should not be distributed or accessible by anyone. She is holding onto millenia's worth of data from the prior House of Karrine. Just to have a realistic stora...

Interdiction only works on HYPER Space. Does not work on FTL Drives. Despite both being Faster than Light travel methods they are not the same.
Rook is Awesome! Please make him a regular character! I thoroughly hope that the Karinnes are able to duplicate what happened with that Biogenic chip.

I rarely play male characters. I generally prefer the animations, models and accessories available to female avatars over the males.

I work in a metal treating facility. I deal with steel parts that are 400 - 1750 degree's Fahrenheit. I get 2nd degree (almost 3rd) quite often. Luckily for me the parts are hot enough to immediately kill the nerve endings where they hit so it doesn't hurt nearly as much as a lesser burn would. Bad ...

No, they won't. 3-dimensional objects can't stay in hyperspace unless something keeps them there. Aw, nutzzz  Sorry to harp on it, but as an old time Heinlein fan I loved his idea of throwing rocks in a space battle (Used in "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress.) Already have that. Rail g...

Re: Clitorides Award on SOL
Hugo (English language) or Nebula (U.S. Specific) would be more appropriate. Both are awards for Science Fiction. The Nobel prize is awarded for Lifetime Achievement, not a specific book.
