And in the fury of this darkest hour
I will be your light
A lifetime for this destiny
For I am Winter born
And in this moment..I will not run
It is my place to stand
We few shall carry hope
Within our bloodied hands
(bloodied hands)
And in our Dying, we're more alive-than we have ever been
I've lived for these few seconds
For I am Winter born

The Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect

A Novel by Roger Williams

In the best possible future, there will be
no war, no famine, no crime,
no sickness, no oppression,
no fear, no limits, no shame...
...and nothing to do.

i just started to read this online novel. its a intresting book from the start
but im just on chapter 2 and really enjoying it

its kind of like the matrixs , ecept people know there in a cyberworld
and they only exist in the cyberworld with no bodies
edit(at least that the impression that i get from reading what i have read)

http://www.kuro5hin.org/prime-intellect/mopiidx.html

This online novel contains strong language and extreme depictions of acts of sex and violence. Readers who are sensitive to such things should exercise discretion.

Hi Monbade,

I enjoyed your story on Swiftshire and was hoping it continues. It has the ideas on a good storyline.

Keep on writing.
The sea flows as long as Earth exist, Love is alive as long as people exist. I will read Fel's stories as long as my heart still beats.

Does anyone have any good fantasy/sf/action story recommendations from the http://www.fictionpress.com site? Someone previously recommended The Perfect Soldier from that site. There are stories with "Perfect Soldier" in the title by 9 different authors. I think the one they meant was by strider1 http://www.fictionpress.com/s/316874/1/ .

For those of you that read Harry Potter fanfiction, I thought you might be interested in this news.

Tim Joy aka Jeconais has finally finished writing the last chapter of This Means War. Coming in at a staggering 71000 words, it's got a pretty large beta process ahead of it.

But for those of us who started with chapter 1 way back in November of 2003, this is a long time in coming.

I need some HELP finding a story, Memory is failing me and
I've got this stuck in my head.

Here goes from what i can remember about this story:

A teen in High School in a class teacher doesn't believe that he
can sing call's him out in front of class plus he can play a guitar

I think he formed his own band and i don't know if time travel is involved

This driving me nuts, it's on the tip of my tongue and can't think
of the name!!!!!!

For any and all help!

Thank You

You should have asked this in the Lost and Found thread, as that's what it's there for.
As to your story in question, I don't think this is it, but the only time travel story I'm personally aware of with a musical theme is the Lucky Tickets universe by JiMC, which consists of two stories (so far, he's working on #3) from himself, Lucky Tickets and Lucky Stiff, and I know for sure there is at least one crossover with another author, I just can't remember who right now.
