If someone tells a really funny joke on Sennadar, is it Faalken hilarious?

I HATE not getting the correct sound/meaning of English, this is one example. The other is apparently all the lates night's shows punch line!
I cant for the love of god understand one word she says can you help me? One instance i can pinpoint is:
