okay, here's my two cents' worth of links to good reading:

- http://www.ewp.org - deserves a place here because it's from there that I jumped to the Firestaff page. Besides, compared to other stuff out there, this is actually fairly decent writing - for pr0n. Hey, what can I say, I'm in touch with my inner pervert.

- http://www.eyrie.net - 'Eyrie Productions Unlimited' - fanfiction. Mostly Self-insertion fanfiction. _Good_ self-insertion fanfiction. I know, I know, it's hated and despised and whatnot ... to frood with it, this is _still_ one of _the_ best places to find actual quality writing out there. And a hell of a lot of writing at that. Featuring series such as their trademark megacrossover 'Undocumented Features', as well as such fics as 'Gods Willing', 'Warrior's Legacy', 'Neon Exodus Evangelion'(try it, you'll like it), '.45 Caliber Angel' and so on ... The general consensus regarding Eyrie stuff is that you either love it or hate it. There is no such thing as a middle ground. So speaks a fan(atic) of their. If you find yourself liking their writings, you can scratch a week and change from your calendar. That's how long it'll take you to go through all the stuff that's here. If not longer.

- http://www.rakhal.com/florestica/index.html - 'Lost Library of Florestica' - another fanfiction page. Good stories by various authors there, mostly anime fanfic though. The few original pieces, if you can find them, are nice as well. Yes, this is also a shameless plug of sorts. *shrug* hey, I have no shame. ;)

- http://www.baen.com/library/ - you probably know this already, but what the hell. Free books by Weber, Lackley, Flint, and so on.

- http://www.pixelscapes.com/twoflower/ - yes, yes. I know. You're getting sick of me pointing you towards anime fanfic. But trust me on this one. Any NWN players here will probably recognize Stefan Gagne as the guy who brought us the Penultima series of mods, among other things. This page has links to his written works. A great big honkin' Slayers multipart - three books in all - which has multiple ROTFL moments. Links to his original works - _READ_THEM_ - highly addictive, and enough stuff to keep you interested for a few days too. Personally, I love this guy's writing style.

- http://www.centragarden.net - home of _THE_ best FFVIII story out there, in this one's not so humble opinion. Again, lots of reading here.

... hmm, I'll stop for now. That's enough to keep an interested person busy for a while. Hmm ... shall I start listing webcomics now?

Webcomics? I read more of those than online fiction, mostly because it's easier to find stuff I like.

http://blacktapestries.keenspace.com  Adult comic, in that adult scenes are present and the main character swears a lot. It's a pretty long comic thus far, and updates very regularly. Fantasy story about a shapeshifter drifter. If you like it, check out some of her other stuff: http://crimsonfury.keenspace.com and http://www.kaerwyn.com/

http://www.9thelsewhere.com/ A beautiful story about a young, insecure writer and her muse after they get trapped in her dream. It's hilarious, and I'd recommend it to anybody.

http://rpgworldcomic.com/ For the gaming nuts out there, who can appreciate the vast amount of humor pointing out the really odd things most RPGs seem to have. The archives have a lot of popups, but it's worth going through.

http://aido.furvect.com/fallen.htm  Fallen is a comic about a quasi-angel and the human who unwittingly agrees to help him out.

http://well-of-souls.com/outsider/  Outsider is a sci-fi comic (with elves! Well, elf-lookalike aliens) about a guy who got captured by aliens. Not too long yet, but good story.

http://www.sbnbs.com/  Schoolbooks and Brimstone. This hasn't updated in a while, but what she does have is priceless for everyone who had to suffer through such horrors as alphabetical seating and insane classmates.

Mmm, I should leave it at that for now. *grins* I have too much time on my hands . . .

okay, here we go:

- http://www.megatokyo.com - honestly, do I even _need_ to say what this is. Apparently I do. Oodles and oodles of humor ranging from gaming, to anime and manga cliches. Try it, you know you want to. Oh, and the art's great.

- http://www.machall.com - again, mostly gaming humor. This one has very nice art. Make sure to check out Mog*Mod - a little subcomic the author of this one put somewhere on his page. That is, if you like (or like to make fun of, both work in this case) CRPG and Morrowind.

- http://www.somethingpositive.net - sarcasm reinvented. Fun read, though it's a bit on the ... well, it's just got that particular twist that appeals to me. Let's leave it at that. Makes fun of pretty much _everything_.

- http://www.exploitationnow.com - sex, violence, more sex, more violence, still more ... well, you get the idea. Art can be pretty crude at the start, but it gets better. Jokes are crude all-round, but they appeal to my baser nature. It gets three thumbs up just for attitude, if nothing else.

- http://www.errantstory.com - same author as the above, a little more serious, but still filled with roughly the same kind of humor. Unlike Exploitation Now, this one actually has a plot. I like the fantasy setting, the bat-winged talking cat that's the main character's (well, one of the main characters') familiar, and the sardonic, grumpy, revolver totting assassin. Oh, and elf babes. Musn't forget the elf babes.

that's it for now. Ja ne!

Hmm, I might have a few sites...

http://www.starcruiserchronicles.co.uk/ episodic sci-fi, quite nice.

http://www.hourwolf.com/sfbooks/ a site with links to a lot of classical, and other, english literature.

http://www.shapcano.com/ fiction taking place in the world of Shadowrun.

http://www.wendyjensen.com/8thentry.html a bright author publishing a novel on the internet when the publishers turned her down. A psychic murder story.

http://www.geocities.com/soho/bistro/2197/ a bunch of good sci-fi novels.

The only sites mentioned above that have gratutious sex as a feature are the ewp one, and the one of enterprise1701_d. And all of it is text. Exploitation Now and Something Positive have a lot of jokes regarding thus, but nothing that could be classified as really blatant pr0n.
The only other sites mentioned that I know feature pr0n would be Florestica (which clearly marks such with _lemon_ tags) and one of the BtVS ones (and both do this to a very limited extent).

Trust me, having any of the above sites in your bookmarks won't hinder your pleading innocence if you need to. (Hmm ... you're either doing your reading on a terminal somewhere, or a family machine if you need to keep up appearences.)

Now if anyone were to get at _my_ bookmarks and history folder ... but I've given up any claims to innocence a long time ago, and figure morality is not something to be thrust upon you by others, so if that happens I likely won't give a damn.

In fact, have a look at one of my personal favorites, if you dare ... though I dare say that the stuff there is actually very good:
- //www.wulfarchives.com/ - epic fantasy erotica series, anyone?

Hmm ... somebody should link Under Power here. The webcomic listing is missing a title in the splatterpunk genre, and I've lost the adress to it.

And don't let this scare you away. The amount of erotic works in this archive is almost non-existant compared to the non-erotic.
