Re: Sennadar Forums v3
Really, the look is one of the least, but one of the most visible changes. I bet you it won't take long (if it hasn't already been done) for someone to make a SubSilver (a slightly modified version being in use here) template for the new forums for everyone that likes the look of it. You really shou...

Re: question conserning the sword (spoiler - topic has ref ch8)
As Fel said, the Firestaff is a tool of chaos. It's only purpose is to destroy, whereas the Demonlord wants to rule. It doesn't change the fact that it'd be a bad combination, but the end result wouldn't be domination of said demon lord, it would be chaos

Re: Some Inconsistances in Subjugation?
1st, The Mindbenders taking the humans to be "reprogrammed" to be good little Imperium citizens, now at least the way it was worded, It seemed it was the Imperuim doing it and not Trilliane, I can see that once Jason blew the whistle, at that point it was worthless to take them.. That is ...

Re: The Imperium's In Trouble - Can Jason save it?
Give it a few weeks before any new chapter spoilers can be more or less "safely" be considered non-spoilers.
Fel just posted ch 20, if you now reply with ch 20 spoilers, most people will read this thread, thinking that they're safe from the latest post until they get around to reading it.

Re: House fighting
He's allowing them to pretty much Run themselves with a "King" as President (himself) to oversee things, but I bet the UN will be able to Override him just like the House/Senate (us Govt) can override a President.. Actually, no, Fel already stated that Jason will have total control over e...

Re: Other races capable of interbreeding? (Big Spoilers!)
And most major developments in technology have been either made specifically for military applications or very quickly used in the military. One of the first people that Wilbur Wright approached with the airplane was the military. Shipping, horses, the wheel, etc. All either invented to further a w...

Re: Other races capable of interbreeding? (Big Spoilers!)
Actually I would disagree with the view held here. I think that most innovation actually occurs during times of war! most of the most useful technologies we have are actually by products of war technologies turned to peaceful use. GPS was meant for military use. We would have taken far longer to ha...

Re: Other races capable of interbreeding? (Big Spoilers!)
Actually, you need 4 things. A problem or need for the new idea. Idea = Solution. Ah yes, but the universe is full of problems, even if you can't see the forest for all the trees. Yes, you do "need" a problem, but it really isn't hard to find one, and if you have those 3 things I mentione...

Re: Other races capable of interbreeding? (Big Spoilers!)
But I don't think that the Faey are that much advanced because they were peaceful unto themselves... everything we know about them actually suggests the opposite... I never said that it was peace that caused them to develop faster. I said it was the absence of radical religious groups opposing prog...

Re: Other races capable of interbreeding? (Big Spoilers!)
My question though is this: Why are the Faey so much more advanced than the humans if they started at roughly the same time? Was there further outside influence in their history? Or were they just genetically smarter? Most likely, it was simply a matter of different development. One, a " very ...

Re: Humans and telepathy ...
Conclusively, we can most likely say that there are human telepaths that do not originally descend from the Faey. It's just that they're incredibly rare. [s]Actually, no.[/s] Edit: Not according to Chapter 19... Subjugation, Chapter 19 I’m a telepath because I have a Faey ancestor, and that Faey wa...

Re: Subjugation, chapter 19 - SPOILERS
and fel, is jason going to get patents for his tech that was stolen, or is it going to be deny, deny, deny? I think it depends very largely on a) will Jason find out? b) will the black ops/empress confess? c) will the black ops/empress use it for more than absolute top secret stuff? I think it most...

Re: Humans and telepathy ...
We already know, that humans have absolutly no inherent telepathic ability. Not quite. Fel stated in a different thread that (pure) human telepathy is about as common as (non-Generation) Faey telekinesis. We also know that in the ch19 the empress used exactly that telekinesis, but was not a descend...

Re: Subjugation, chapter 19 - SPOILERS
Ah yes, the Mountain. Yes, SOMEONE was smart enough order a team in there to see what was left behind. I can say that Black Ops now has the specs for the railguns and Jason's stealth technology, which isn't as good as "standard" stealth, but has some unique properties they'll try to refin...
